- Property details: address, nickname, bedroom and bath count, access notes — provided by you so we can deliver service.
- Booking history: date, tier, add-ons, and invoice amounts.
- Photo reports: photos of your property taken during cleans, stored for your reference and our quality records.
- Technical data: basic device and browser info and pages visited, used for site reliability and analytics.
How we use it
- To schedule and deliver cleans you book.
- To send booking confirmations, photo reports, and invoices.
- To improve our service quality and the website.
- To comply with legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. Ever.
Who we share it with
We share data only with vetted service providers we use to run the business — for example, our backend hosting, email provider, and payments processor. Each operates under their own privacy and security commitments. We may also disclose information where legally required.
Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies and analytics tools to keep you signed in and understand site usage. You can clear cookies anytime in your browser settings.
Retention
Account and booking records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure to meet legal and accounting requirements. Photo reports are kept for at least 12 months so you can reference them.
Your choices
- Request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing hello@castlecleans.co.
- Update your contact info anytime from your account screen.
- Opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any message.
Security
We use industry-standard practices to protect data, including encrypted connections and role-based access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep yours safe.
Children
Our services are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
