1. Who we are
Castle Cleans (“we”, “us”) provides residential and short-term-rental turnover cleaning services in the Lehigh Valley region of Pennsylvania. By booking a service or using castlecleans.co (“the site”), you (“the host”) agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & quotes
All prices displayed on the site are estimates. A final quote is confirmed in writing (email or in-app) before a clean takes place. Booking a service through the site is an offer; written confirmation by Castle Cleans creates the booking agreement.
3. Access & property condition
The host is responsible for providing reasonable access (code, key, or lockbox) and ensuring the property is safe to enter. Excessive mess beyond a standard turnover may incur an additional fee, which we will photo-document and discuss before proceeding.
4. Payment & card on file
A saved payment method is required to request a clean. The card is not charged when a request is submitted. Castle Cleans reviews every request before confirming. Once confirmed, the estimated amount is authorized 48 hours before the clean (or immediately if the clean is inside the 48-hour window) and the final payment is captured after completion and delivery of the photo report. If a request cannot be confirmed, no hold or charge is placed on the saved payment method.
5. Re-clean guarantee
If a guest reports a cleanliness issue within 48 hours of check-in, we will re-clean the affected area free of charge, subject to reasonable scheduling.
6. Liability
Castle Cleans carries general liability and bonding insurance. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from a single clean is limited to the amount paid for that clean, except where prohibited by law. We do not assume liability for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items not flagged in writing within 48 hours of completion.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation and rescheduling terms are described in our Cancellation Policy.
8. Site use
You agree to use the site lawfully, not to attempt unauthorized access, and not to upload content that infringes others' rights. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
